- How will I be able to recognise my driver?
Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will provide you with the contact details of the driver that will transport you. If they are expecting you at an airport, port, etc., they will also be carrying a sign with your name on it. - What will happen if my flight gets delayed or if I arrive earlier than expected?
Our drivers are kept updated with any changes in flight plans etc.. They will be expecting you at the rendezvous point, at least 20 minutes earlier than your scheduled arrival. - What should I do if I need your services for longer than planned or if I want to modify the route?
Should a change occur in your schedule, notify your driver immediately. If there is an issue with availabilities, we will make sure to dispatch a replacement driver and we will inform you of any additional charges. - What is included in the price?
Our prices include driver fees, fuel costs and any toll fees, as well as a tourist guide's fee, should you request for one. They do not include food, lodging, tickets to archaeological sites, venues etc. or ferry boat and other similar fares.
